Okay, so I made it! Came out fantastic!! One thing I always said was that I hate tomatillos in it, and ElBurro for the most part DID NOT have tomatillos, so this recipe was FANTASTIC. (*I did not drizzle the cornstarch in) Hack:I did a quick pan fry of the cut up meat dredged in the cornstarch w/garlic salt and black pepper; added everything else to the blender. Married everything in a DUTCH OVEN and baked it, checking on it every hour. I roasted my raw jalapeno for about 30 mins in foil in the oven, added it at the last hour with the cilantro and lime (almost 4 hours TOTAL)CAME OUT FANTASTIC!!!

I pretty sure it was made from scratch, but they froze the base and that’s why seasonal ingredients were not that essential. But I’ll definitely give this a try.

Color was helped out with green food coloring.
